Manager, Technical Program Management (SaaS)

Base salary for US-based employees: $129,900–$218,890 per year

What you will do

• Manage a team of Technical Program Managers across the Product organization, including performance management, coaching, career development, and operational excellence.
• Own critical technical program portfolios from ideation through execution and delivery.
• Partner with Engineering, Product Management, Research, Design, and executive stakeholders on complex, multi-team initiatives.
• Build continuous planning rhythms across all stages of the product development lifecycle.
• Establish scalable program frameworks, standards, success metrics, dependency tracking, and risk management practices.
• Communicate program status, risks, dependencies, and opportunities clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• 10+ years of program management experience, including at least 5 years in SaaS software.
• 3+ years managing or mentoring Technical Program Managers or similar roles.
• Experience delivering complex, cross-functional technical programs in fast-paced environments.
• Technical knowledge of SaaS product development, modern web technologies, and agile processes.
• Ability to create frameworks for program direction, execution tracking, and operational excellence.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, adaptability, persistence, and commitment to customer value.

Nice to have

• Background in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience in identity governance, identity management, security, or enterprise software.
