What you will do
- Own the Issue Management Program end to end: triage issues, drive root cause analysis, and lead containment and remediation through closure.
- Continuously improve issue and remediation processes, including automation and AI tooling to increase efficiency and documentation quality.
- Partner with Legal, Compliance, Operations, Product, Risk, and Engineering to drive timely issue resolution.
- Manage issue reporting to internal and external stakeholders and track containment/remediation progress.
- Serve as project manager for the most critical product initiatives, ensuring cross-functional readiness for product launches.
- Coordinate with banking and strategic partners as a key point of communication.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in technology-based project management, product operations, or related roles in fintech/technology.
- Experience with issues management, regulatory compliance, or risk-adjacent projects, including working within control/audit/policy-driven timelines.
- Strong data skills: pull and interpret reports, build dashboards, and answer operational questions independently.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive alignment across multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong communication and executive presentation skills to distill complex topics into clear, actionable insights.
- Ability to operate in ambiguity, manage multiple priorities, and independently drive projects forward in a fast-paced environment.
