Salary: $107,500 - $188,400 USD

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce CRM, CPQ, integrations, and data migration programs.
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
• Facilitate requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and stakeholder alignment.
• Drive project governance, executive communications, and decision-making forums.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and implementation partners in a matrixed organization.
• Act as a change agent to support the adoption of new systems and governance models.

Requirements

• 7+ years of project/program management experience.
• 5+ years leading complex technology transformation initiatives.
• Direct experience managing Salesforce CRM, Salesforce CPQ, and enterprise data migration.
• Strong understanding of lead-to-order and order-to-cash business processes.
• Experience with systems integration and middleware modernization.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid (8 days/month in office) in Kennesaw, GA.

Nice to have

• PMP or Agile certification.
