What you will do
- Lead end-to-end execution across one or more complex, multi-team initiatives by setting direction, sequencing work, and making precise tradeoffs.
- Build and evolve operational approaches when existing playbooks don’t apply, making them repeatable.
- Coordinate across functions by understanding how systems and teams connect, not only within the initiative.
- Resolve complex, ambiguous situations using deep judgment and sound decision-making with incomplete information.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration through trusted relationships and clear, direct communication.
- Lead AI and automation adoption by redesigning workflows to eliminate low-value work and determine what to automate, retool, or abandon.
Requirements

- Strong judgment in high-ambiguity situations—separating signal from noise and evolving approach as needed.
- Proven cross-functional instincts and ability to build trusted relationships that keep business priorities front and center.
- Builder mindset: ability to improve execution systems by creating guidelines, tools, and methods.
- Clear, direct communicator who can coach others through difficult stakeholder situations.
- US-based remote work requirement.
