What you will do

• Cultivate strong client relationships and expand account opportunities to drive practice growth.
• Manage the sales pipeline, qualify leads, and support pursuit strategies aligned with sector priorities.
• Oversee project planning, scope definition, timelines, and resource coordination to ensure successful delivery.
• Serve as the primary client contact and escalation point for project managers to ensure work is delivered on time and within scope.
• Monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies to maintain high-quality outcomes.
• Collaborate with sector leadership to align operational priorities with business development goals.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, science, technology, marketing, or business (preferred).
• 8+ years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 2 years in personnel or project management.
• Demonstrated success in building and managing a sales pipeline and qualifying leads.
• Broad proficiency in engineering design fundamentals and advanced knowledge of the A&E industry, codes, and standards.
• Experience working in a consulting, professional services, or matrixed environment.
