What you will do

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closing, ensuring scope, schedule, and cost targets are met.
• Act as the primary interface for clients, managing expectations and maintaining long-term professional relationships.
• Coordinate tasks for technicians, manage deliverables across departments, and lead internal and client project meetings.
• Perform field verification of work sites and document potential issues and solutions to keep stakeholders informed.
• Direct design reviews, facilitate system programming, and oversee the final checkout of systems.
• Manage the training and turnover of completed projects to the client and internal service departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction trades or Electronic Security Systems (ESS).
• Must possess a valid driver’s license in state of residence.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time to construction sites.
• Solid understanding of PMP methodologies and best practices.
• Strong technical aptitude and a demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly.

Nice to have

• PMP certification from the Project Management Institute.
• Certified Security Project Manager (CSPM) certification.
• Knowledge of Lenel, Genetec, or Avigilon certifications.
