What you will do

• Oversee project administration including submittals, RFIs, pay applications, and change management.
• Conduct constructability reviews and assist with cost estimating during preconstruction.
• Manage contract compliance, budget tracking, and schedule adherence for infrastructure projects.
• Facilitate project meetings and conduct change order negotiations with contractors.
• Coordinate with project teams to develop solutions for field issues and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Support marketing efforts by contributing to RFP responses and project proposals.

Requirements

• B.S. or higher degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• PE Licensure and/or CCM certification required.
• 5-8+ years of experience in inspection, claims file preparation, and documentation.
• Ability to analyze contract documents, plans, specifications, and geotechnical reports.
• Strong communication skills for client relationship management and team leadership.
