What you will do

• Own the end-to-end coordination and improvement of onboarding programs for new associates and leadership.
• Design and execute enterprise-wide recognition and culture-building programs.
• Analyze engagement data to measure program impact and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Implement automation and AI-enabled workflows to streamline HR and engagement processes.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and Associate Resource Groups to foster connection and belonging.
• Facilitate workshops and manage logistics for enterprise-wide events.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
• 2-4 years of experience in engagement, events, or HR roles.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent programs.
• Proficiency in data analysis, dashboard creation, and using data to drive recommendations.
• Demonstrated interest in AI tools and automation with a commitment to continuous learning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
