Project Manager

TL;DR

Project Manager: Leading the development, administration, and continuous improvement of the enterprise learning and knowledge management ecosystem with an accent on platform management and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on coordinating project schedules, managing scope, and driving change management processes to ensure efficient delivery of learning content and resources.

Location: Remote (USA) with occasional travel to Chattanooga, TN.

What you will do

• Manage and maintain the enterprise knowledge and learning management platforms.
• Coordinate project scheduling, estimation, and technical performance monitoring.
• Partner with Operations, Training, and Technology teams to deliver effective learning experiences.
• Lead multiple projects, managing scope and executing change management processes.
• Track project productivity, resolve issues, and build contingency plans.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to transform and support internal workflows and member services.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA (sponsorship is not available).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of equivalent professional corporate experience.
• 5 years of experience in project or program management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong negotiation, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice to have

• Experience with learning and knowledge management platforms.
• Knowledge of Docebo, Livepro, or Articulate.
