What you will do

• Manage assigned projects throughout the full lifecycle from intake through closeout.
• Build and maintain project schedules and execution plans within approved systems.
• Lead internal and customer kickoff meetings, as well as regular project status meetings.
• Track project labor utilization, budget performance, and schedule health.
• Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies while driving mitigation plans.
• Coordinate customers, engineers, vendors, and internal stakeholders throughout execution.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of project management or related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, project management, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience managing customer-facing projects and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Must be based in Virginia.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Experience managing infrastructure, collaboration, cloud, or managed services projects.
• Experience working in technical professional services organizations and vendor coordination.
