What you will do

• Coordinate project activities, track milestones, and follow up on action items with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain comprehensive project plans, task trackers, meeting notes, and technical documentation.
• Assist with project reporting, including the preparation of summaries and dashboards for leadership.
• Identify, track, and escalate risks, blockers, or delays to ensure timely project execution.
• Support operational workstreams focused on security, compliance, audit readiness, and governance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience in project coordination, IT operations, compliance, or security.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship for employment visa status.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
• Experience managing multiple priorities and stakeholder requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience with FedRAMP, GovRAMP, FISM, and/or NIST 800-53 standards.

Nice to have

• Experience in cybersecurity, risk management, or working within highly regulated environments.
• Knowledge of GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) or evidence management tools.
• Experience driving process improvements and implementing efficient operational workflows.
• Background in partnering with Legal, Product, and Engineering teams.
