What you will do

• Lead large enterprise-wide projects and monitor performance post-launch.
• Develop detailed project plans with specific target dates and milestones from current state analysis to implementation.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and business partners to gather requirements and provide regular status updates.
• Perform thorough risk assessments to weigh anticipated benefits against associated risks.
• Execute process mapping, business analysis, and workflow design for assigned projects.
• Lead organizational change management efforts and identify key change agents throughout the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Minimum 6 months of project management experience leading and directing project tasks.
• Experience managing internal/external stakeholders and 3rd party partners.
• Understanding of scope definition, process mapping, and standard project planning methodologies.
• Strong data analysis skills and proficiency with G-Suite.
• Knowledge of task tracking and mapping tools such as Atlassian, Smartsheet, Visio, or Lucidchart.
