What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage timelines, risks, and dependencies across a portfolio of concurrent projects.
- Facilitate workshops to capture requirements and define action plans with internal teams.
- Negotiate scope and manage change orders when deliverables fall outside original agreements.
- Communicate status updates to executive-level stakeholders and steering committees.
- Coordinate post-event reviews and drive continuous improvement in project delivery.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- 4+ years of project management experience in software implementations.
- Proven experience in a client-facing role managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent engagements with long implementation cycles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for executive-level presentations.
- Proficiency with project management tools and Google Workspace/Microsoft Office.
Nice to have
- Events industry experience.
- Experience taking over projects mid-lifecycle.
- PMP certification or equivalent.
- Challenger mentality for driving direct scope conversations.
