What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage timelines, risks, and dependencies across a portfolio of concurrent projects.
• Facilitate workshops to capture requirements and define action plans with internal teams.
• Negotiate scope and manage change orders when deliverables fall outside original agreements.
• Communicate status updates to executive-level stakeholders and steering committees.
• Coordinate post-event reviews and drive continuous improvement in project delivery.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 4+ years of project management experience in software implementations.
• Proven experience in a client-facing role managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent engagements with long implementation cycles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for executive-level presentations.
• Proficiency with project management tools and Google Workspace/Microsoft Office.

Nice to have

• Events industry experience.
• Experience taking over projects mid-lifecycle.
• PMP certification or equivalent.
