What you will do

• Serve as Project Manager for projects pursuing sustainability certifications like LEED, WELL, and Living Building Challenge.
• Complete technical documentation, forms, and annotations required for certification compliance.
• Perform quality control and assurance reviews on work completed by team specialists.
• Mentor and lead a small team of 3–8 professionals, supporting their career development and workload management.
• Actively participate in business development, including networking, speaking engagements, and proposal support.
• Collaborate with internal teams including energy modeling, decarbonization, and commissioning experts.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of direct project management experience in sustainability consulting or a related field.
• LEED AP with Specialty certification is required.
• Proven track record of guiding projects through full certification cycles from strategy to award.
• Ability to interpret complex construction documents, including floor plans, mechanical schedules, and site plans.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Atlanta, GA area.
• Strong communication skills for client engagement and marketplace representation.

Nice to have

• Professional accreditation in SITES AP, Fitwel Ambassador, LFA, TRUE Advisor, or Parksmart Advisor.
• Experience managing or mentoring a small team of professionals.
• Bi-lingual fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, French, or German.
