Sr Project Manager

Location: Hybrid role at the Marks Rhode Island office in Providence, Rhode Island, USA

Salary: $64,000–$74,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Act as the primary liaison between the agency and a dedicated client team.
• Develop project briefs and create, revise, and manage project timelines from kickoff through delivery.
• Assess deliverable needs and delegate work based on team workloads and available resources.
• Coordinate client, vendor, agency, regulatory, quality, design, copywriting, and production teams.
• Communicate client objectives and expectations clearly while supporting design concepts and revisions.
• Anticipate upcoming business needs, manage changing priorities, and ensure on-time, on-budget execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Experience managing multiple projects and priorities for internal and external clients.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and maintain project ownership through delivery.
• Ability to meet demanding deadlines and product manufacturing due dates.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement from the Providence, Rhode Island office.
