Senior Architectural Project Manager (Industrial)

What you will do

• Lead integrated industrial pursuits, sales meetings, client visits, RFP responses, team management, and project oversight.
• Develop proposals, fee analyses, and business development strategies with senior leadership.
• Oversee complex project design and construction drawing development, coordinating with contractors and consulting engineers.
• Coordinate studio and project staffing while managing multidisciplinary design teams.
• Build industry thought leadership through white papers, speaking engagements, and community events.
• Recruit and develop design talent and promote collaboration across hirify.global and Clayco offices.

Requirements

• 15+ years of relevant architecture and design experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field.
• Active professional registration; Arizona registration or NCARB is preferred.
• Competence with Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, Revit, GIS, 3D modeling tools, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
• Ability to travel as required for project opportunities and client engagement.
