Senior Project Manager (Energy)

Location: Boston, MA or Syracuse, NY; North East, US. Full-time with frequent travel to project sites required.

Expected salary: $140,000–$193,000 USD per year.

What you will do

• Lead multiple energy and industrial construction projects through planning, procurement, field execution, and closeout.
• Drive profitable and timely project completion while managing safety, quality, budget, and schedule expectations.
• Coordinate project teams, resources, hiring, training, and employee development.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and subcontractors through proactive communication.
• Travel frequently to project sites and support field execution.

Requirements

• 10+ years of project management experience, preferably in pipeline, energy, or heavy civil construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project scheduling software.
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel frequently to project sites.

Nice to have

• Experience with B2W software.
• Experience in pipeline, energy, or heavy civil construction.
