What you will do

• Serve as the primary trainer for the Cancer navigation program with backup support for Surgery and Infusion lines.
• Design, develop, and facilitate new hire onboarding for classes of up to 20 employees.
• Track trainee performance and provide structured documentation to supervisors at key milestones.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to maintain and update courseware as workflows evolve.
• Apply needs assessment methodologies and Voice of Customer data to drive continuous curriculum improvement.
• Support AI-enabled learning tools and call intelligence analytics to enhance training effectiveness.

Requirements

• Must be located in Dallas, Texas and able to work on-site.
• Formal background in Instructional Design or ADDIE/SAM methodology.
• Two or more years of experience facilitating corporate training in a classroom or contact center environment.
• Proficiency with Articulate or comparable authoring tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Strong English composition and editing ability.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, SharePoint, and Teams.

Nice to have

• Two or more years of experience in healthcare, health insurance, or specialty care navigation.
• Experience training clinical or clinical-adjacent staff (RN, LPN, MA, LCSW).
• Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency.
• Familiarity with oncology care workflows and terminology.
