What you will do

• Support day-to-day project activities including status reports, project routing, and timeline management.
• Assist with Workfront tasks such as project setup, tracking, and reporting.
• Partner with Account and Finance teams to ensure accurate budget tracking and project profitability.
• Facilitate internal status and project kickoff meetings to maintain team alignment.
• Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive communication and collaboration.
• Engage in ongoing training and mentorship to develop operational and project management expertise.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field preferred.
• 1+ years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Mac operating systems.
• Strong collaborative mindset and adaptability to shifting priorities.
• Ability to take initiative and maintain accountability for project deliverables.
