What you will do

• Manage all aspects of assigned projects, focusing on financial planning, execution, and outcomes.
• Drive project timelines and serve as the primary internal information hub for accounts.
• Lead client status calls and internal meetings to keep stakeholders informed.
• Manage project finances to achieve KPIs and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Develop budgets, handle invoicing, and track project phasing.
• Mentor Project Coordinators and Associate Project Managers on best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in project management.
• Experience within a Medical Communications agency (preferred).
• Expertise in both Publications and Medical Affairs accounts (highly preferred).
• Strong financial management skills and familiarity with NetSuite functionality.
• Ability to manage complex projects with a high degree of self-sufficiency.
