Project Manager (HEOR): Managing complex, evidence-driven projects within the Evidence Synthesis & Decision Modelling team with an accent on JCA submissions, systematic literature reviews, and economic models. Location: Must be based in the United States
Salary: $68,700 - $103,100 USD

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end project management including planning, resourcing, and timeline development.
- Partner with scientific leaders to ensure projects are delivered on time and to expectation.
- Manage scope changes, change orders, and document impacts on budgets and resources.
- Facilitate alignment across internal disciplines including statistics, health economics, and evidence synthesis.
- Maintain project plans, status reports, and clear communication with external clients.
- Support strategic portfolio oversight and develop standardized project management tools.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in consulting, life sciences, or HEOR.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in a client-facing role supporting project management communications.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with JCA submissions, HTA processes, or global evidence strategy.
- Experience coordinating work for statisticians, health economists, and systematic review teams.
- Familiarity with project tracking tools.
