TL;DR
Senior BI + AI + Pharma Specialist (Pharma): Leading strategic data and AI initiatives for life sciences clients with an accent on commercial, patient, and omnichannel analytics. Focus on designing scalable BI architectures, driving executive-level solution workshops, and translating complex business problems into actionable AI-driven insights.
Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Plainsboro, NJ (4 days onsite per week required)
Salary: $80–$82 per hour

What you will do
- Lead BI and AI-driven analytics initiatives across Pharma and Life Sciences projects.
- Design and implement dashboards, KPIs, and reporting solutions using platforms like Power BI or Tableau.
- Drive client discussions, solution workshops, and executive presentations regarding analytics and AI adoption.
- Analyze commercial, patient, sales, and marketing datasets to generate actionable business insights.
- Recommend innovative BI and AI approaches to improve forecasting, automation, and decision-making.
- Mentor junior team members and provide technical and functional guidance.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in BI, Analytics, Data Warehousing, or Data Engineering.
- Strong expertise in the Pharma/Life Sciences domain is mandatory.
- Must be able to work onsite in Plainsboro, NJ at least 4 days per week.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and BI visualization tools.
- Proven experience in patient, sales, or omnichannel analytics.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
