What you will do

• Develop and execute commodity strategies to meet technical, cost, quality, and sustainability requirements.
• Build and manage strategic supplier relationships to drive innovation and performance.
• Lead complex negotiations regarding terms, conditions, and pricing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, finance, and legal to resolve purchasing requirements.
• Analyze market conditions to implement strategic pivots and ensure business continuity.
• Drive supplier performance improvements in quality, reliability, and yield.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the US without hirify.global immigration sponsorship.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum 9 years of experience with a Bachelor's, 6 years with a Master's, or 4 years with a PhD in the semiconductor or supply chain industry.
• 4+ years of experience in commodity management, sourcing strategies, and supplier relationship management.
• Proven experience in contract negotiation and risk mitigation.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor technology roadmaps and supply chain solutions.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in a technical or business discipline.
• Experience with semiconductor processing equipment and materials.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and sourcing methodologies.
