What you will do

• Diagnose and root-cause hardware and firmware issues across AI accelerator platforms including Blackhole and Wormhole.
• Lead system-level debug efforts by analyzing failures in power delivery, thermal behavior, and high-speed interfaces like PCIe and Ethernet.
• Develop debug scripts, diagnostic tools, and automation frameworks using Python and C.
• Utilize lab equipment such as oscilloscopes and logic analyzers to perform deep-dive failure analysis.
• Interpret schematics, register states, and telemetry data to drive solutions for complex system issues.
• Collaborate with ASIC design, firmware, and software teams to improve debug methodologies and product reliability.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Toronto, Canada
• Strong experience in post-silicon validation and system-level bring-up.
• Proficiency in Python and C for developing debug tools and automation.
• Hands-on expertise with hardware debug equipment like oscilloscopes and protocol analyzers.
• Ability to interpret schematics, datasheets, and system-level telemetry.
• Eligibility to access U.S. export-controlled technology is required due to the nature of the work.
