Systems Lead / Architect (Post-Silicon)

What you will do

• Lead the productization of high-performance computing chips across silicon, boards, firmware, drivers, and servers.
• Translate inference workloads into board, host, interconnect, power, cooling, and serviceability requirements.
• Prepare for silicon arrival and lead bring-up, debugging, telemetry analysis, controlled experiments, and root-cause investigations.
• Define workload, sustained-operation, recovery, validation, and production tests.
• Lead design and release reviews, customer issue resolution, and technical readiness through production and delivery.
• Coordinate engineering teams and ODM/JDM deliverables while managing schedule, quality, cost, and performance trade-offs.

Requirements

• Degree in electrical or computer engineering, or equivalent expertise demonstrated through delivered products and ownership.
• Experience leading a server or accelerator platform through silicon bring-up, system validation, production, or customer delivery.
• Deep expertise in board hardware, firmware, or low-level software, with diagnostic ability across PCIe, memory, power/reset, Linux drivers, and BIOS/BMC interactions.
• Ability to convert inference requirements into system tests and connect performance and power behavior with stability.
• Experience with ODM co-development, cross-functional leadership, and technical communication in English.
• Ability to meet the Singapore location and on-site work requirements.

Nice to have

• High-performance computing ASIC or datacenter GPU experience.
• Experience with multi-accelerator interconnects, liquid cooling, or high-power systems.
• Experience working at both silicon and server companies.
• First-generation product delivery in a small team.
