Medical Science Liaison

Salary: $182,750 - $257,250 (base salary range)

What you will do

• Identify and develop relationships with KOLs and decision-makers across academic/community clinics, hospital systems, and payor/managed care organizations.
• Collaborate with clinical and payor customers to understand needs, knowledge gaps, and evidence requirements for clinical integration, reimbursement, and coverage.
• Educate clinicians and managed care/payors through impactful scientific communication and meaningful scientific exchange.
• Develop territory/account plans and provide support for on-site oral presentations, data reviews, and interactive education events.
• Stay current on scientific/clinical advancements, regulatory guidelines, and market trends affecting blood-based cancer screening and market access.
• Support strategic partnerships and investigator-initiated studies, including presenting proposals to cross-functional partners for clinical trials, registries, ISTs, and/or RWE.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in medical or health sciences (e.g., MS/MD/DO/PhD/PharmD).
• 5+ years of relevant industry experience in diagnostic, pharmaceutical, or oncology.
• Medical science liaison experience in oncology/diagnostic industries.
• Demonstrated understanding of clinical trial management and working knowledge of regulatory guidance and reporting requirements.
• Strong presentation skills with excellent verbal and written communication, plus exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe, and Google office tools (Drive, Sheets, Docs, Slides, Forms).
