What you will do

• Independently perform clinical data analysis and case management to support accurate interpretation of genetic findings, including reanalysis activities.
• Establish phenotype-genotype correlations across a wide range of genetic disorders using internal resources and professional tools.
• Investigate and interpret complex clinical features; document evidence and rationale for variant classification in a clear, standardized format.
• Meet or exceed assigned productivity and error standards and maintain a moderate case rate.
• Perform other duties as assigned to advance team objectives.

Requirements

• ABMGG or CCMG certification required.
• PhD in Biology, Genetics, or related field, or MD/DO with more than 2 years of directly relevant experience in clinical diagnostics (including fellowship).
• At least 1 year of independent clinical analysis experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills, including internal systems proficiency and Microsoft Office Suite / Office 365.
