Salary: $125,500 - $148,000 USD

What you will do

  • Act as the primary People partner for GTM leadership (Sales, CS, Marketing, RevOps) on org strategy and performance.
  • Support various business functions to implement consistent people practices.
  • Coach managers on hiring, onboarding, performance differentiation, and development.
  • Lead end-to-end complex employee relations matters with high documentation rigor.
  • Manage people cycles including performance reviews, talent calibrations, and compensation planning.
  • Analyze people data to provide actionable recommendations to leadership teams.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive HR/People experience, with at least 4 years as a Business Partner.
  • Significant experience partnering with GTM/Sales organizations within a SaaS or recurring-revenue business.
  • Background in deep tech or engineering-first companies (e.g., developer tooling, infrastructure).
  • Fluency in multi-state US employment law at a senior level.
  • Experience in a remote-first or distributed company environment.
  • Must be eligible to work in the US; no visa sponsorship or transfers available.
