Salary: $75,000–$115,000 per year

What you will do
- Advise US leaders on organizational effectiveness, talent management, and workforce planning to support business objectives.
- Partner with leadership to translate business priorities into scalable people strategies and organizational designs.
- Manage the employee lifecycle, including performance reviews, coaching, succession planning, and talent development.
- Resolve employee relations matters and coach leaders on conflict resolution, policy interpretation, and employment practices.
- Integrate AI tools to improve HR service delivery, automate repeatable tasks, and increase operational efficiency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, and People Operations to deliver integrated solutions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including HR Generalist or HRBP roles.
- Proven experience advising leaders on performance management, employee relations, and change management.
- Ability to analyze workforce data and trends to proactively inform and influence business decisions.
- Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude) to optimize productivity and research.
- Must be based in the United States.
Nice to have
- 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR.
- Experience working with global teams or in a multinational organization.
