What you will do

• Advise US leaders on organizational effectiveness, talent management, and workforce planning to support business objectives.
• Partner with leadership to translate business priorities into scalable people strategies and organizational designs.
• Manage the employee lifecycle, including performance reviews, coaching, succession planning, and talent development.
• Resolve employee relations matters and coach leaders on conflict resolution, policy interpretation, and employment practices.
• Integrate AI tools to improve HR service delivery, automate repeatable tasks, and increase operational efficiency.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, and People Operations to deliver integrated solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including HR Generalist or HRBP roles.
• Proven experience advising leaders on performance management, employee relations, and change management.
• Ability to analyze workforce data and trends to proactively inform and influence business decisions.
• Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude) to optimize productivity and research.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR.
• Experience working with global teams or in a multinational organization.
