What you will do

• Design strategies anchored to client P&L and customer journey.
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and align multi-channel outcomes.
• Apply platform capabilities and AI features to improve efficiency.
• Translate complex datasets into actionable insights and statistically sound tests.
• Ensure data quality across tagging, feeds, and tracking.
• Codify learnings and playbooks to scale internal expertise.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United Kingdom
• 5–7 years of experience managing Paid Search/Shopping at scale ($200k+/mo).
• Fluency in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Merchant Center, and campaign management tools like SA360 or Skai.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel/Sheets proficiency.
• Experience coaching juniors or peers.
• Ability to quantify financial impact and communicate with senior stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Additional Google certifications beyond Search & Shopping.
• Experience with feed management tools like Feedonomics.
• Familiarity with competitive tooling such as Adalysis, Adthena, or SpyFu.
