What you will do

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for sports products to meet commercial targets.
• Own day-to-day performance marketing, ensuring media is optimized and scaled across multiple channels.
• Partner with media agencies to define plans, leveraging platform innovation and audience strategy.
• Translate complex performance data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
• Lead a test-and-learn roadmap to drive innovation and efficiency.
• Oversee the delivery of creative assets across digital channels to maximize performance.

Requirements

• Must have the right to work in the UK (no sponsorship provided).
• Proven experience managing end-to-end digital performance activity (Programmatic, Paid Search, Paid Social, CTV).
• Strong commercial mindset with experience balancing short-term delivery and long-term optimization.
• Experience managing and developing team members with a coaching mindset.
• In-platform experience with tools such as SA360, Meta, or DV360.
• Ability to influence stakeholders through clear, concise insights.
