What you will do

• Manage and scale Paid Search and App campaigns across Google, Microsoft, and Apple platforms.
• Optimize daily performance against key KPIs, specifically focusing on CPA and ROAS.
• Execute a structured testing roadmap for creative assets in collaboration with acquisition and brand teams.
• Produce weekly and monthly performance reports and provide strategic insights for quarterly reviews.
• Test and implement new bid strategies and platform features to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

• Proven experience building, optimizing, and scaling performance campaigns in Paid Search (Google Ads, SA360, Microsoft Ads).
• Hands-on experience managing App marketing channels (GAC/ASA).
• Proficiency with Web and App attribution platforms, including CM360 and MMPs such as Appsflyer.
• Strong understanding of performance metrics and app measurement challenges.
• Experience running structured testing programs.
• Must be based in London to meet the hybrid office requirement.
