What you will do

• Act as the primary partner for 3-4 eCommerce client accounts, building strong commercial relationships.
• Develop and execute cross-channel strategies across Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO, and Creative.
• Coordinate specialist teams across digital marketing, tech, data, and creative to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Lead commercially focused reporting using GA4, Google Ads, Meta, and TripleWhale to drive business outcomes.
• Proactively identify growth opportunities, challenge assumptions, and flag risks for clients.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience within eCommerce, retail, or an agency environment.
• Proven track record of building strong client relationships and retaining accounts.
• Confidence in presenting insights and recommendations during weekly calls and quarterly reviews.
• Holistic understanding of digital channel interaction and its impact on overall business growth.
• Must be based in or able to work from the London office on a hybrid schedule.
