What you will do

• Design and optimize operational workflows across North America, Europe, APAC, and Latam.
• Identify and implement AI-driven automation to eliminate manual bottlenecks and increase productivity.
• Collaborate with Tech and Data teams to build and implement scalable internal solutions.
• Document operational playbooks and ensure process adoption across all stakeholders.
• Define and track operational KPIs to drive data-driven decision-making and efficiency.
• Act as a bridge between strategy and execution by managing critical tools and procedures.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a STEM field (Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Data Analytics).
• 5+ years of experience in strategy/ops consulting, supply chain, or media/marketing operations.
• Strong expertise in process design, optimization, and workflow automation.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English is a must.
• Hands-on mindset with the ability to move from strategy to execution quickly.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Madrid office in a hybrid setup.

Nice to have

• Experience with automation tools such as Zapier, Make, Notion, or Airtable.
• Familiarity with AI tools and a strong interest in leveraging them for operational efficiency.
