What you will do

  • Own effectiveness initiatives end-to-end from roadmap and design to execution and adoption.
  • Analyze sales processes in the field to eliminate gaps and design smarter, automated workflows.
  • Implement and evaluate new technologies using low-code tools, AI, and Salesforce.
  • Drive change management through shadowing, training, and measuring adoption.
  • Build and maintain data pipelines to generate actionable business insights.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, or Sales Effectiveness.
  • Strong project management skills and a builder mindset.
  • Proficiency in low-code tools (e.g., Clay, Make, Zapier) and hands-on experience with Salesforce and/or Outreach.
  • Solid SQL query reading skills.
  • Full working proficiency in French and at least an advanced level (C1) in English.
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes, Biarritz, Madrid, or Barcelona.

Nice to have

  • Ability to write and own SQL queries autonomously.
