Location: Remote; must be based in the United States, Ireland, Spain, or the United Kingdom
Salary: $275,000 – $325,000 (Zone 1 / US) or £163,000 – £195,000 (Zone 2 / Non-US)

What you will do
- Define the long-term vision and research methodologies for 's AI-native Market Research service.
- Build and lead the Market Research organization, establishing the operating model, hiring strategy, and quality standards.
- Serve as the executive research lead on strategic customer engagements to drive meaningful business outcomes.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to influence the roadmap for AI-powered research capabilities.
- Create repeatable systems and QA frameworks to deliver high-quality research with speed and efficiency.
Requirements
- Significant experience leading market research teams, consulting practices, or insights organizations.
- Deep expertise in qualitative and quantitative methodologies, research design, and insight generation.
- Proven track record of building or scaling research organizations or service offerings.
- Must be based in the United States, Ireland, Spain, or the United Kingdom.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to advise senior leaders and enterprise customers.
Nice to have
- Experience modernizing research organizations through AI-enabled workflows.
- Experience launching a new research practice, consultancy, or service line.
- Public speaking, publishing, or thought leadership within the market research industry.
- Experience working across both agency and client-side research organizations.
