TL;DR
Business Analyst (AdTech): Providing operational marketing analytics and managing partner platforms to support the Growth function with an accent on campaign tracking, attribution, and performance reporting. Location: Barcelona, Spain. Must be authorized to work in Spain without visa sponsorship.

What you will do
- Conduct operational analyses for User Acquisition and Growth groups using partner dashboards and datasets.
- Oversee marketing technology platforms, specifically AppsFlyer, ensuring tracking quality and data reliability.
- Coordinate with external vendors and internal data teams to resolve reporting discrepancies and anomalies.
- Configure and report on partner-native incrementality experiments, such as Meta Conversion Lift.
- Track campaign spend against budgets and build lightweight operational dashboards using spreadsheet tools.
- Manage UTM structures, attribution health, and campaign event configurations.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Business Analytics, Marketing Analytics, or Ad Operations.
- Hands-on experience with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs), specifically AppsFlyer.
- Strong understanding of mobile attribution and performance marketing metrics.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Authorized to work in Barcelona, Spain, on a full-time basis without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
Nice to have
- Background in mobile gaming, particularly free-to-play or social casino.
- Familiarity with SKAdNetwork (SKAN) and privacy-centric mobile measurement.
- Exposure to BI tools such as Looker, Redash, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Basic understanding of SQL for data validation.
