What you will do

• Conduct research into startups, emerging technologies, and healthcare industry trends.
• Support Investment Partners through the full investment lifecycle, including conducting diligence and making recommendations.
• Prepare startup profiles, trend summaries, and benchmark reports for stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate and validated data within internal databases and CRM tools.
• Assist managers in preparing client materials and coordinating startup-client matchmaking activities.
• Manage logistics for startup introductions and monitor project milestones and deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a health or life-science field (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, or Pharmacy).
• English: C1+ (Excellent) required.
• At least 1 year of experience working in a startup environment and/or venture capital.
• Location: Must be based in Valencia, Spain.
• Advanced problem-solving, critical thinking, and strategic reasoning skills.
• Ability to work independently in an unstructured environment with high attention to detail.

Nice to have

• MBA or an advanced degree.
• Proficiency in German.
