What you will do

• Maintain and expand an assigned portfolio of SME merchants through regular outbound outreach.
• Execute reactivation plans for underperforming or dormant merchants to improve usage.
• Identify and convert new SME merchant leads using digital and phone-based channels.
• Manage the sales pipeline and track KPIs (conversion, reactivation) via Salesforce CRM.
• Coordinate with Merchant Marketing and Product teams to enhance features and campaign execution.

Requirements

• Fluency in the local language (Romanian) is required.
• 1–3 years of experience in Acquiring B2B POS, account management, or customer service.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing is a plus).
