Location: Must be based in Romania (Hybrid role in Bucharest).

What you will do
- Manage the annual renewal pipeline and overachieve territory revenue quotas.
- Proactively engage customers to ensure product adoption and identify expansion opportunities.
- Negotiate complex renewal offers and enterprise agreements at the CxO level.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Deal Desk, Legal, and Sales teams to finalize agreements.
- Assist customers with licensing transfers and support ticket escalations to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records and pipeline hygiene within Salesforce.
Requirements
- Must be permanently located in Romania.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Proven track record in Sales, Account Management, or Renewals.
- Experience supporting enterprise-level accounts with complex technical configurations.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and data analysis.
