What you will do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and deploy code fixes for customer-reported issues directly in the codebase.
• Write and maintain clean code using Ruby on Rails, TypeScript, and Python.
• Design and execute ETL pipelines to migrate customer data from legacy systems.
• Identify patterns in recurring bugs and build automated scripts or low-code tools to eliminate manual work.
• Handle sensitive HR and payroll data with high discretion and security.
• Act as the technical backbone for customer-facing teams by translating complex issues into clear updates.

Requirements

• Must be based in Barcelona, Spain
• Spanish: C1 to Native level required
• English: B2 level required
• 1-2+ years of professional experience with Ruby and TypeScript.
• Solid proficiency with Python for scripting and automation.
• Experience with REST API endpoints, SQL, and GraphQL.
• Strong debugging skills and experience with ETL processes or large datasets.
