What you will do

• Manage global headcount and people cost data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Build and maintain dashboards for key metrics like hiring, attrition, and organizational health.
• Support workforce planning by updating hiring forecasts and people cost models.
• Assist with scenario modeling for organizational changes and business cases.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve data quality using AI and modern tools.
• Partner with the People team and Finance to provide data-driven recommendations.

Requirements

• Recent graduate or graduating this year in a quantitative discipline such as Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or Finance.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to structure complex problems.
• Excellent Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets.
• Proactive mindset with a strong interest in business operations.
• Comfortable learning new systems and technology quickly.
• Strong communication skills for explaining analysis to non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL, Python, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Familiarity with using AI tools to improve productivity.
