What you will do

• Manage operational data across cleansing, validation, transformation, and integration activities.
• Support end-to-end Pension Risk Transfer transaction data processes.
• Gather and document requirements from payroll consultants and internal stakeholders.
• Improve data quality to facilitate accurate and timely decision-making.
• Maintain clear audit trails throughout the full data lifecycle.
• Mentor and upskill less experienced team members in new processes.

Requirements

• Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with complex datasets.
• Proven experience in data analysis, operational data management, or process improvement.
• Strong attention to detail and a right-first-time mindset.
• Ability to manage tight timescales and prioritize work effectively.
• Confidence in stakeholder communication and requirements gathering.
• Must be eligible to work in the UK.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Alteryx, Python, SQL, or SAS.
• Understanding of defined benefit pensions or Pension Risk Transfer data.
