What you will do

• Design and build a scalable cost-to-serve model covering the full value chain using activity-based costing principles.
• Integrate diverse data sources from finance and operations into a unified analytical model.
• Extract, cleanse, and transform large datasets from operational systems to establish repeatable update processes.
• Develop simulation models and scenarios to quantify financial and operational impacts.
• Translate complex analytical outputs into clear business insights and actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Maintain detailed documentation of models, methodologies, and assumptions for auditability and version control.

Requirements

• Degree in statistics, computer science, maths, or equivalent practical experience.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and Databricks.
• Experience with Power BI and a strong understanding of ETL processes.
• Strong modelling skills, including cluster analysis, regression modelling, and time series modelling.
• Proven experience in cost modelling, specifically cost-to-serve or activity-based costing.
• Strong quantitative and statistical analysis capabilities.

Nice to have

• Understanding of operational processes within contact centres.
• Experience working with financial data such as margins and cost allocations.
• Exposure to Operational Excellence or continuous improvement frameworks.
