What you will do
- Establish and evolve operational analytics frameworks to ensure scalable measurement and reporting for new international markets.
- Own end-to-end business problems, translating analytical insights into optimization strategies for growth and profitability.
- Define success metrics, track performance, and create intuitive dashboards and scalable data models.
- Design and validate actionable experiments to determine product-market fit and economic viability.
- Lead weekly cross-functional metric reviews and partner with Product, Risk, Finance, and Operations teams.
- Mentor and guide junior analysts to deliver high-impact work.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United Kingdom.
- 5+ years of proven success in a cross-functional analytical role.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or Economics).
- Proficiency in SQL and statistical analysis using Python.
- Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of A/B testing.
- Deep understanding of consumer lending, credit metrics, and lending economics.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting international lending markets, specifically in Europe or APAC.
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered tools such as Cursor or Claude to accelerate analysis and automate workflows.
