Analytics Lead, Full Stack (Fintech)

Location: Remote UK

Base pay: £113,000–£161,000 per year

What you will do

• Establish and evolve the operational analytics framework for new international markets, beginning with Australia and supporting future launches.
• Define success metrics, generate insights and hypotheses, monitor performance, and build scalable data models, dashboards, and reports.
• Identify opportunities to improve user experience, growth, profitability, and operational excellence through business analysis and product sense.
• Design actionable experiments to validate product-market fit and economic viability, including analysis of ambiguous business problems.
• Translate analytical findings into recommendations, optimization strategies, and compelling business cases for leadership.
• Lead weekly cross-functional metric reviews, partner with Product, Risk, Finance, Commercial, and Operations, and mentor junior analysts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a cross-functional analytical role.
• Strong knowledge of consumer lending and credit, including lending economics, portfolio performance, and credit metrics.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in statistics, mathematics, finance, economics, or another quantitatively rigorous field.
• Practical and theoretical knowledge of A/B testing, with experience using SQL and Python for statistical analysis.
• Experience balancing multiple workstreams, prioritizing an analytics roadmap, and influencing technical and non-technical audiences.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered tools such as Cursor, Claude, or similar assistants to accelerate analysis and automate workflows.

• Experience supporting international lending markets, particularly in Europe or APAC.
