Associate AI Enablement Developer (AI)

Location: Hybrid, with 3 days per week in the Oakville, Ontario office

Salary: CAD 81,500–101,500 per year

What you will do

• Lead deployment, administration, and ongoing development of the N8N automation platform.
• Design, build, and maintain workflow automations that improve operational efficiency.
• Build and deploy MCP servers connecting internal applications with the company knowledge base.
• Partner with business and engineering teams to identify automation opportunities and convert requirements into technical solutions.
• Support enterprise AI tool rollouts through onboarding, training, and adoption programs.
• Measure and report time savings, efficiency gains, and adoption metrics.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in automation engineering, solutions engineering, or a similar technical enablement role.
• Hands-on experience with workflow automation platforms such as N8N, Zapier, or Power Automate.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language; Python or JavaScript/TypeScript is preferred.
• Experience building APIs, integrations, or working with RESTful services.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences and manage relationships across business and engineering teams.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI application development.
• Experience with MCP server development or similar integration frameworks.
• Experience delivering technical training or enablement programs.
• Knowledge of Salesforce, SharePoint, or Atlassian products.
