What you will do

• Develop and maintain trust-based relationships with a portfolio of major hotel clients.
• Consultatively position hotel solutions and value propositions to meet client objectives.
• Provide in-depth product demonstrations and negotiate complex business deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure flawless execution.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue and conversion targets.
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand relationships with existing customers.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of sales experience, preferably in complex organizations.
• Fluency in English and one of the following: German, Italian, or Spanish.
• Proven track record in Inside Sales or Key Account Management.
• Experience with CRM tools, specifically Salesforce.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to improve work efficiency.
• Must be based in Ireland or the UK.
