TL;DR

Strategic Account Manager (SaaS/EHS): Managing and expanding relationships with existing clients for an EHS+ platform with an accent on proactive sales, product demonstrations, and cross-selling new modules. Focus on driving revenue growth within an assigned client base, conducting quarterly business reviews, and collaborating with consulting teams to identify new opportunities.

What you will do

  • Develop and cultivate long-term relationships with existing clients as a trusted advisor.
  • Proactively sell additional modules and services within the assigned client base.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews and conduct product demonstrations via remote tools or on-site.
  • Collaborate with the consulting group to uncover and pursue new sales opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate client data and sales pipeline information in Salesforce.
  • Execute market research and manage programs for strategic channel partners.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Europe or the United Kingdom.
  • University degree in business or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team.
  • Confidence in demonstrating complex software applications.
