What you will do

  • Lead strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Manage high-value sales cycles from prospecting through to closure.
  • Build and nurture strategic relationships with C-level executives in target accounts.
  • Present and demonstrate software solutions, articulating complex value propositions.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions.
  • Mentor junior sales team members and contribute to GTM strategy development.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B software sales with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
  • Demonstrated success in closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS business models, digital accountancy technology, and AI developments.
  • Advanced proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and high-stakes presentation skills.
  • Must be based in the UK and able to attend the Leamington Spa office monthly.
