What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of data initiatives and product lifecycles.
• Translate business requirements into technical scopes and user stories for data engineering teams.
• Apply Agile principles to manage backlogs, sprint ceremonies, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Partner with product managers and data consumers to prioritize and develop reusable data assets.
• Maintain forward-looking roadmaps for platform capabilities and domain-specific data products.
• Develop leadership dashboards and steering committee updates to ensure portfolio visibility and project health.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in program or project management.
• Proven record of managing sophisticated programs and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Expertise in coordinating a portfolio of initiatives and analyzing program health.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Smartsheet, Monday.com, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be authorized to work in the UK on a full-time basis without visa sponsorship.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders.
